If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at happy@bambuddha.earth with your name, order # and address, and we will look into it for you.

Do I have to pay for custom import charges?

Orders are shipped from Canada so please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes and duties (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We do our best to minimize these charges as much as possible.
Bambuddha is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I received something other than what I ordered?

If this is the case, we are truly sorry for the mix up and the inconvenience! 

Please send an email to happy@bambuddha.earth with your name, order #, and a picture of what you received. We will send you a return label to get that sent back to us and have the correct item express shipped within 2 business days of our communication.
