What happens if the sunglasses I chose do not fit me well?

If the sunglasses don't fit just right, we are here for you. You can make an exchange within 30 days from the date you received the shipping confirmation. If you do not think you will find another suitable pair, we will issue you a full refund. The sunglasses must be unworn and in the original condition in which they were received.

If you would like to make an exchange, please send an email to happy@bambuddha.earth to receive a return label. The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the shipping confirmation. Let us know which style you would like instead and we will send at no additional cost.

How do I make a return and get a refund?

For a return, send us an email at happy@bambuddha.earth to initiate the process. We will email you a shipping label so you don't have to cover the cost. A return must be done within 30 days from the date you received the shipping confirmation. Once we have received the item back, we will issue you a full refund.

Where is your bamboo sourced?
