My order seems to be missing, what happens now?

If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at happy@bambuddha.earth with your name, order # and address, and we will look into it for you.
From there, we will determine if the package has been lost in transit and get you another one shipped out immediately.
